Hornby Hall is a Grade II listed building, built of local red sandstone in about 1550 by Edward Birbeck and is perfectly situated within easy reach of the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the Roman Wall. Many use us as a convenient break when travelling between England and Scotland.
We offer Bed & Breakfast and optional dinner. Also the whole house can be booked for house parties, and the dining room for private dinner parties.
There is good fishing on our own peaceful stretch of the River Eamont.

Hornby Hall is a charming Tudor Farmhouse accommodation only 4 miles from Penrith and the M6. The house is warm, quiet and comfortable, situated on a working farm in tranquil countryside one mile off the A66 and three miles east of Penrith.
